We use online modules/driver training. Why do I want a different program?
  • Online modules can be part of an overall safety program, but are limited in scope. By using the “Success on the Road” programs, drivers receive an advanced level of training unobtainable with modules, thereby providing a greater level of training which will reduce crashes.

Should we train just our "high risk" or “bad” drivers?

  • The simple answer is “NO”. By training only the ‘high risk/bad’ drivers, you leave yourself exposed to risk. Training all drivers up front helps reduce risk across the fleet by being proactive instead of reactive.
  • Additionally, according to NHTSA, the average crash ratio for fleets is about 20% per year. By training only the 'high-risk' drivers, you will have extremely limited success.

Is it possible to customize the “
Success on the Road” program?

  • Yes – having worked with a wide array of clients – including Law Enforcement/EMTs, municipalities, pharmaceutical & chemical companies, manufacturers and service industries, we understand that each customer is unique and has specific situations that need to be addressed.

How and when is the program implemented?
  • Training can be coordinated with your leasing company or directly, and is often done at sales/tech meetings, safety meetings, or whenever it is “convenient”. It can be done on a locally, regionally, nationally, or globally.

“The best safety device you can put in a vehicle – is a well trained driver behind the wheel.”
